We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our accommodation availability effectively.
Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
If you choose to leave before your scheduled departure date, unused nights are non-refundable.
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
Changes to dates are subject to availability and must be made in writing. If the new dates fall into a higher rate period, the difference in rate will be payable.
If your stay is affected by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer either:
A full refund, or
A credit voucher valid for 12 months from your original check-in date.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [your email address]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
