Cancellations & Refunds Policy – 

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our accommodation availability effectively.

1. Standard Bookings

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

2. Early Departures

If you choose to leave before your scheduled departure date, unused nights are non-refundable.

3. No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Changing Your Booking

Changes to dates are subject to availability and must be made in writing. If the new dates fall into a higher rate period, the difference in rate will be payable.

5. Force Majeure

If your stay is affected by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit voucher valid for 12 months from your original check-in date.

6. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [your email address]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
