A: Yes — 2-night minimum Friday–Sunday; single-night stays available Monday–Thursday.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 100% refund if cancelled 5+ days before arrival; non-refundable within 5 days of check-in.
Q: Can I bring children or pets?
A: Yes — both are welcome. Each villa has an outdoor area for pets, though dogs must be well-behaved and not overly noisy.
Q: What amenities are included?
A: Free on-site parking, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and solar power with battery storage for sustainable comfort.
Q: Can both villas be booked together?
A: Yes — both can be booked for up to 8 guests. While they share a landing, they have no adjoining walls, and each has its own private outdoor spa and deck.
Q: Do you offer add-ons or packages?
A: Yes — options include grazing hampers, wine upgrades, romantic packages, and early check in / late check-out.
Q: How close are you to McLaren Vale, and will I hear road noise?
A: Just minutes from wineries, restaurants, and beaches. The villas are near the highway, so light outdoor noise may be heard. Every effort has been made to reduce the noise outdoor area features an acoustic wall and water feature, while indoors is fitted with double glazed windows to keep things quite.
Q: Are the villas accessible?
A: The villas are not wheelchair-accessible. There are steps and uneven ground, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
Q: How is cleaning handled?
A: The villas are professionally cleaned between stays. For longer bookings, additional servicing can be arranged on request.
Q: How far are you from Adelaide?
A: The villas are about 45 minutes’ drive from Adelaide CBD and roughly 40 minutes from Adelaide Airport.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards and online payments at the time of booking.
